What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that the sites you visit send to your device, where they are stored and sent back on your next visit. Similar technologies — local storage, pixels, identifiers — are treated as cookies and follow the same consent rules. Cookies may be first-party, installed by the site owner, and third-party, installed by external parties.
Technical and preference cookies
They make the site work and remember your preferences: the choice you made on the banner (kept in your browser's storage under the name leo_consent) and, if you use the accessibility panel, the settings you chose (leo_a11y). The site sets no technical cookies of its own: these two choices stay in browser storage. They require no consent (Art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code) and cannot be disabled from the preferences panel, but you can block them in your browser, accepting that some functions may not be available.
Statistics cookies — Google Analytics 4
We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, to understand how the site is used: page views, session duration, traffic sources, devices used. Data is aggregated and the IP address is truncated before storage. These cookies are installed only after your consent and disabling them does not affect browsing.

Session recording — Microsoft Clarity
Microsoft Clarity, provided by Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd., records the browsing session — pointer movement, scrolling, clicks and page structure — to find where the site does not work well. It is a recording of your visit, not a simple statistic: that is why it has its own consent category and starts only if you switch it on.

Google Search Console
Google Search Console is the tool we use to monitor the site's presence in search results. It installs no cookies on your device and does not track individual visitors: it processes aggregated data on the searches that lead to the site and on the technical status of the pages. Ownership is verified through a file or a meta tag, with no collection of personal data.
